The Center Club's ever-evolving menu features pristine seasonal products prepared with French technique and finesse -- reduction sauces from stock, braising, poaching and sautéing. Menu highlights are fresh seafood including oysters, shrimp, blue crabs, Atlantic and Gulf fish; local products including cured and smoked meats; fresh vegetables and grains; and inspired house-made breads and decadent desserts, and finally, plate presentations are harmoniously elegant.
