Art of Living
Would you enjoy a quarterly experiential sojourn into the worlds of music, art, dance, theater, poetry and prose? Does dancing with your favorite partner or learning to tango following superb Center Club cuisine entice you? Does an evening’s immersion in culture, romance, beauty and conversation with a like minded and convivial group sound unique and refreshing for Baltimore? Welcome our newest IntraClub dubbed the Art of Living by its conveners. Events in all cultural genres will include dining, dancing, discourse, music and more!
Centurions
The CC Centurions explore various facets of history and converse about the meaning and importance of past events. The mission is to learn about and appreciate history through engaging speakers, events, trips and conversation. Centurions welcome all lovers of history, whatever their background – no particular historical knowledge, expertise or experience is required for participation. Meetings and events are held quarterly.
Gourmet Club
The mission of the Gourmet Club is to gather members together who have an interest in the education, appreciation and enjoyment of outstanding food and beverage. The Gourmet Club sponsors a series of events throughout the year that incorporate themed dinners, tastings (food and beverage), and culinary demonstrations, formal and informal.
Government Contracting Group
The GovCon IntraClub is focused on individuals involved in government contracting business in all industries with the goal of discussing the business environment, networking and building business relationships. Bi-monthly events include breakfast meetings with speakers, peer roundtable discussions and evening happy hours.
Women in Business
The Women in Business Intra-Club (formerly Leading Ladies) was created in 2007 to give professional, entrepreneurial and working women members of The Center Club a venue to connect and network together. Events are held quarterly with an informal happy hour and dinner held the first Thursday of every month.
Spanish Roundtable
Mesa Redonda, “Spanish Roundtable,” was formed to give members and their guests the opportunity of indulging in the pleasure of speaking the language of 400 million people around the globe. This IntraClub meets monthly to speak Spanish together to become more fluent, less rusty and to have fun. There is only one rule – no English!
Please note that the cost for each IntraClub is charged per membership number, not per person.
