The Center Club's ever-evolving menu features pristine seasonal products, prepared with French technique and finesse: reduction sauces from stock, braising, poaching and sautéing. Menu highlights are fresh seafood- oysters, shrimp, blue crabs, Atlantic and Gulf fish; local products- cured and smoked meats; fresh vegetables and grains; and inspired house-made breads and decadent desserts. Plate presentations are harmoniously elegant.
